How to Make Mutton Peshawari Recipe

 

 

Mutton: 1 kg

Onion: 1

Tomatoes: 2 chopped

Garlic: 4 chopped

Ginger: 2 inch piece (chopped)

Crushed Red Chilli: 1 tsp

Whole Red Chillies: 8 pcs

White Cumin: 1 tsp

Bay Leaves: 2 leaves

Cloves: 4 pcs

Nutmeg Mace Powder: 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp

Yogurt: 1 cup

Green Chillies: 4 pcs

Green Coriander: 1/4 cup

Oil: 1/4 cup

 

 

Method

 

Boil mutton.

Then heat oil and fry onions to golden brown.

Add 1 chopped tomato, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, 2 green chillies and boiled meat and roast well.

Add all spices i.e. crushed red chillies, whole red chillies, white cumin, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and mace powder, turmeric powder and yogurt at rapid succession.

Roast well for 8 to 10 minutes.

Add one chopped tomato, 2 green chillies and chopped ginger and mix well.

Add green coriander and mix well.

Delicious Mutton Peshawari Recipe is ready to serve.

Serve hot with tandoori naan.
