The moment you feel like you have to walk around someone on eggshell, leave. You might not even live till you are thirty, so why you waste your precious time around people who don't appreciate you, who don't give back, who don't try. 
You don't need a constant reassurance from anyone, the moment you feel like you want reassurance, leave.
