One of the main tasks

One of the main tasks of theology is to find words that do not divide but unite, that do not create conflict but unity, that do not hurt but heal.

You never talk about your regrets, do you have any?

Friend: “You never talk about your regrets, do you have any?”
Me: I guess, but I don’t like to call them regrets, I’d rather call them Wondering..”
Friend: “Wondering??”
Me: “Because I always wonder what would have happened if things played out differently. But to name my past decisions ‘mistakes’ or ‘regrets’ is somehow hard. If I chose something, it was the right choice at the time. We never purposely make mistakes, we only call them that in hindsight......."

It’s hard to accept but

It’s hard to accept but, you can’t change the past. You can’t go back and manipulate things to the way you wanted them to happen, because life would be meaningless and boring and lose it's value of living. However, you can change the future and that’s the beautiful thing about life. Yes, you'll make mistakes and yes, you will have bad days but, as long as you let the past go, you’ll have a bright future ahead of you. Just know that things were meant to happen and know that each day, you will learn something to keep you growing into a better person. Life is sorta like a rope, twined in all its complexities and yet weaved into one very strong stream.

Piglet and Pooh

"Piglet?" said Pooh.

"Yes Pooh?" said Piglet.

"Do you ever have days when everything feels... Not Very Okay At All? And sometimes you don't even know why you feel Not Very Okay At All, you just know that you do."

Piglet nodded his head sagely. "Oh yes," said Piglet. "I definitely have those days."

"Really?" said Pooh in surprise. "I would never have thought that. You always seem so happy and like you have got everything in life all sorted out."

"Ah," said Piglet. "Well here's the thing. There are two things that you need to know, Pooh. The first thing is that even those pigs, and bears, and people, who seem to have got everything in life all sorted out... they probably haven't. Actually, everyone has days when they feel Not Very Okay At All. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

"And the second thing you need to know... is that it's okay to feel Not Very Okay At All. It can be quite normal, in fact. And all you need to do, on those days when you feel Not Very Okay At All, is come and find me, and tell me. Don't ever feel like you have to hide the fact you're feeling Not Very Okay At All. Always come and tell me. Because I will always be there."

―Destiny―

"Destiny doesn't mean that your life has been strictly predetermined.
Therefore, to leave everything to fate and to not actively contribute to the music of the universe is a sign of sheer ignorance."
Your destiny is the level where
you will play your tune.
You might not change the instrument
but how well to play is entirely in your hands."

Daily routine of many women

This is the daily routine of many women all over the world. It starts in the morning and continues until the wee hours of the night. This is called "doesn’t work"?!
Being a housewife has no diplomas, but it has a key role in family life!
Enjoy and appreciate your wife, mother, grandma, aunt, sister, daughter... Because their sacrifice is priceless.

Castleberry finishes her post with a poem about all the jobs that moms have:
Somebody asked her...
You are a woman who works or is it just “housewife“?
She replied:
I work as a wife of the home, 24 hours a day...
I am a mother,
I am a woman,
I am a daughter,
I’m the alarm clock,
I’m the cook,
I’m the maid,
I am the master,
I’m the bartender,
I’m the babysitter,
I’m a nurse,
I am a manual worker,
I’m a security officer,
I’m the advisor,
I am the comforter,
I don’t have a vacation,
I don’t have a license for disease.
I don’t have a day off,
I work day and night,
I’m on duty all the time,
I do not receive a salary and...
Even so, I often hear the phrase:
”But what do you do all day?"
Dedicated to all the women who give their lives for the welfare of their families.
A woman is like salt: her presence is not remembered, but its absence leaves everything without flavor.
Loved to share it with all the great ladies on Wonders of Literature ♥️and the great men who believe that it takes a real woman to build a fruitful life.

You are You

You are You
You are strong when you take your grief and teach it to smile.
You are brave when you overcome your fear and help others to do the same.
You are happy when you see a flower and are thankful for the blessing.
You are loving when your own pain does not blind you to the pain of others.
You are wise when you know the limits of your wisdom.
You are true when you admit there are times you fool yourself.
You are alive when tomorrow's hope means more to you than yesterday's mistake.
You are growing when you know what you are but not what you will become.
You are free when you are in control of yourself and do not wish to control others.
You are honorable when you find your honor is to honor others.
You are generous when you can take as sweetly as you can give.
You are humble when you do not know how humble you are.
You are thoughtful when you see me just as I am and treat me just as you are.
You are merciful when you forgive in others the faults you condemn in yourself.
You are beautiful when you don't need a mirror to tell you.
You are rich when you never need more than what you have.
You are you when you are at peace with who you are not.

On our way back to her house

On our way back to her house, I didn't look at the city lights any longer. I looked into the sky and felt as if the moon was following us. When I was a child, my grandmother told me that the sky speaks to those who look and listen to it. She said, 'In the sky there are always answers and explanations for everything: every pain, every suffering, joy, and confusion.' That night I wanted the sky to talk to me.

Sometimes, out of the blue,

Sometimes, out of the blue, beautiful things come into our lives, out of nowhere.
We can't and don’t always understand them, but we have to trust them.
We want to question everything, but sometimes it pays to just be grateful and have a little faith.
