Bhoolta kon hai waqt kay ghaoo ko

 Hijar kay tund tofan ko

 Bay yaqeen lehar main

 Wasal kay khawab ki

 Doobti hoi naoo ko

 Bhoolta kon hai

 Apnay qatil kay khad o khal ko

 Dukh uthatay dino,

 Aur mah o saal ko

 Bhoolta kon hai

 Umar ki shakh per khilnay wali

 Os ek awaleen sham ko

 Bay sabab jo laga hai os ilzam ko

 Phir tere naam ko, bhoolta kon hai
