Raise your hand if your life is going as planned.
Anyone?
If I’ve learned anything from having depression, writing this blog, it’s that things don’t go as planned. Life is screwed up! It’s unpredictable for all of us.
I think half of our suffering comes from our expectations that things were supposed to be better than this. And when things are pretty shitty, we just don’t know what to do, because it feels wrong and bad to complain.
Fuck that. I mean, seriously, complaining is allowed. Suffering is allowed. Every feeling you are feeling right now is allowed.
I am not happy today. I’m in a lot of pain and I feel grouchy. I hate my life today. In a few hours I’ll probably love my life and then go back to hating it and then go back to loving it.
I don’t want to hide my feelings. When we hide our feelings we hide our existence and when we hide our existence we aren’t living. And we all deserve to live.
Give yourself permission. Stop beating yourself up for being unhappy. Scream and yell and swear and stomp around. It’s okay!
The more we let ourselves feel, the faster we can process our feelings and move to a more comfortable and happier place. Nothing is stagnant. Change is coming. Remember what Toni Morrison says: “If you surrender to the wind, you can ride it.”

The Art Of Living With Depression: A Short Story With Pictures
Depression- ( A Short story from Glamorous Girl-)
We all face depression in many stages of our life which make us feel weak we tried to hide it, by faking a smile alone we feel like we should be dead , but outside for world we have a fake smile which we wear every morning before leaving our home-
he one who makes everyone love is the one living with the most sorrows. yes you did that often making other happy by your silly jokes so that they can think you are the most happiest among them.
How long ? How long will you hide it ?
one day someone from them will find out , about your mental sickness , about your fake smile. about how you fake that smile while you are crying from inside 😥
But that’s OK . You know why? because there is always someone out there who will listen to you, who will hear your screams, who can see your tears and who is willing to wipe them away.
Being expressive is also a solution most of the time it’s others because of them we engage with depression for dealing with this type of depression we should just express our feelings and let it go. well human has a really valuable source of communication which is language, but we don’t use it in the right way basically my point is being expressive to other will not help that much it will just heal your sorrow for some time but expressing your feelings to the right person, the one who is the reason of your depression will always help . it will result in a good way maybe their reaction gives you the answer to all your questions or maybe it will end your depression forever-
They will tell you how precious you are , they will hold your hand tight enough so that you will never feel alone.

pretending to be happy , showing that you are fine that’s how you carry yourselves Probably because you are ashamed of showing your feelings, you are scared that they will know about your weakness ,you are scared of their response . you think that’s what make us strong.
But NO…!!
that’s something which is making you more weak 😦 and miserable :/ , as you start thinking that you are alone noone can understand you :/
he one who makes everyone love is the one living with the most sorrows. yes you did that often making other happy by your silly jokes so that they can think you are the most happiest among them.

Everyone has a breaking point where they just broke into pieces.

Their are people who understands exactly how you feel , they always wanted to help you but you never show yourself. Be bold , bold enough to admit , bold enough to face ,bold enough to trust them and listen to them.
They will tell you how precious you are , they will hold your hand tight enough so that you will never feel alone.
You are strong- Strong enough to stay happy , strong enough to look at the world from a positive angle , strong enough to forget your past and live with joy in your present.
Yes you are STRONG-
