Who you are is too vast to be classified by the state of your attitude, or categorized by the opinions of others. How others see you isn't as important as how you see 

yourself! 

So love & accept the person you are.

دیدہ شوق میں سب اجڑتےہوئےدیکھا,

دیدہ شوق میں سب اجڑتےہوئےدیکھا,

ہمنےاپنی آنکھوں سے یاروں کو  بچھڑتے  ہوئے دیکھا.

تھی جن سے میرے ہجرے میں رونق ہر سو,

ہم نے ان چراخوں کو خود پہ بجھتے ہوئے دیکھا.

کیا پتہ اب کون کہاں رہتا ہے,

ہم نے چند یاروں کو بدلتے ہوئے دیکھا.

سب کے سب ماہر تھے اپنے لطیفہ فنون میں,

ہم نے خود کو احساس و وفاداری کے فن میں ناکام ہوتے ہوئے دیکھا.

بہت رونق ہوا کرتی تھی دل میں ہر دم ہر سو چراخاں کا سماں,

ہم نے اپنے ہی سامنے دل ناداں کو لٹتے ہوئے دیکھا.

ہم نے کھولے تھے ہر اک پہ اپنی محبت کے در,

ہم نے اپنے ہی شہر کے لوگوں کو بس ہم سے خفا دیکھا.

وہ تو یار تھے پت جھڑ کی طرح بدلتے رہے ,

ہم نے تو اپنوں کو بھی دسمبر

کی طرح بدلتے ہوئے دیکھا.

اب کیا گلہ ان آتے جاتے نئے سالوں کی رونقوں سے,

ہم نے اب کے برس اپنی روح کو اپنے جسم سے جھگڑتے ہوئے دیکھا.

"کیسے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ کسی کی زندگی میں آپ کی جگہ ہے یا نہیں؟"

"کیسے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ کسی کی زندگی میں آپ کی جگہ ہے یا نہیں؟"

"معلوم نہیں کیا جاتا ، صرف محسوس کیا جاتا ہے-"

"اور جب محسوس ہو جائے کہ اُس کی زندگی میں آپ کی جگہ نہیں رہی تو کیا کرنا چاہیے؟"

"Then you should make a graceful exit!" :') 🧡

کس قدر خوبصورت، میٹھی، چمکتی دھوپ نکلی ہے آج۔

کس قدر خوبصورت، میٹھی، چمکتی دھوپ

 نکلی ہے آج۔ 

آسمان کا رنگ سفید مائل نیلا ہے۔۔۔۔ دور دائرے میں تین چیلیں ہوا کے دوش پر گردش میں محو ہیں۔۔۔ چڑیاں چہچا رہی ہیں۔۔۔۔ 

آنکھیں بار بار چندھیا رہی ہیں۔۔۔ 

ہوا بھی چل رہی ہے اسلیے شال بھی لپیٹ رکھی ہے۔۔۔۔ 

اور آس پاس سارے گھروں کی چھتوں پہ دُھلے کپڑوں کا ڈھیر سا لگا ہوا ہے۔۔۔ 

مگر بلکل سامنے دیوار پر بیٹھی بھوری بلی اونگھ رہی ہے۔۔۔پاس ہی دو بچے مُسلسل کھیلنے میں مصروف ہیں۔۔۔ اور ایک عورت اب جائے نماز لپیٹ رہی ہے۔۔۔۔

کچن سے اماں کی ناشتہ بنانے کی آواز بھی سماعتوں سے ٹکرا رہی ہے آج اُن سے فرمائش پہ آلو کا پراٹھا بنوایا ہے۔۔۔ 

فرنٹ کیمرہ آن کیے دو چار سیلفیز بھی لے ہی ڈالی ہیں۔۔مگر اس رنج و الم نے تو جیسے مسکراہٹ بھی نگل لی ہے۔۔۔ 

مگر خیر زندگی کو جی کر دیکھ لینا چاہیے۔۔۔جیسے بھی سہی۔۔۔ کچھ وقت کیلئے ہی سہی....

One-sided friendships///

You may have heard of one-sided love but what about one-sided friendships? Where you just pour all the love and affection to maintain it but the other person won't care even a little about it. Where you think that you are one of the important people in their lives but turns out, you are not even part of their story.

نفرتوں کے تیر کھا کر دوستوں کے شہر میں

ہم نے کس کس کو پکارا یہ کہانی پھر سہی

Where they just use you as a mere tool for their own benefits, where they just talk to you when they need you and you are just the part of their sorrow, not celebrations!! 

Like said

مطلب کی یاریاں ہیں اور مقصد کی محبتیں

And when you stop giving them benefits, boom!! it ends, and congratulations, you just traded off your time, kindness and affection for mere attention. Just get rid of these types of people from your life and make your self respect the dearest thing for you. 

Friendship is a two-way street, and if only you are putting the effort in  Till how long you are gonna water the dead plants?. They don't deserve you. Stop crossing oceans for the people who are not even willing to cross a bridge for you !!!

And just remember 

تم تکلف کو بھی اخلاص سمجھتے ہو فرازؔ
