Let's talk a bit about forcing positivity.i know we all love brightness and happiness in our life in the end it's a humanly feeling. But we need to start coping with the fact that sadness is also a humanly feeling that should be welcomed too. We should give ourselves and others the permission to recognize feeling sad and frustrated. Toxic positivity brings so much guilt and remorse. Encourage people to stop suppressing their feelings. Tell them that it's alright to feel sad sometimes. The point is to be aware of what you're feeling and learn from it. There's nothing wrong with always looking to the bright side but it can become toxic when you start to ignore any emotion other than happiness. Feel it , live it , learn from it and let it go. You are allowed to feel all emotions not just the good ones.
