Life is like a dessert.

Life is like a dessert.
Colourful. Hot. Cold. Mesmerizing.
If you ever been to any desert area you will know.
But it gets real hard when you are lost.
You will panic because you won't see any road to lead you anywhere, and the sand is hard to walk.
You will have some undone work. Like to meet someone or to reach somewhere. Anything it can be.
This will give you strength and hope to deal with it.
But do you remember how mirage works?? How we suddenly see water.
That's how our emotion works.
To full fill the void inside us our mind keeps creating this beautiful world where we usually find ourself caged.
It might be of a lover
Or
You being the greatest
Or
Maybe how you can reach to the missing one or the dead one
Or
Anything you desire

But dear that's an illusion, you put all efforts thinking this is it. You have found it. The moment you reach there, you realize it was nothing. An illusion created by mind.

And that's where you lose all hope and you suffer from a failure which leads to mental and emotional breakdown.

But we don't realize how desperate we were for something that whatever came first we thought of that as real.
My Friend this life is not fair. It's not easy. Keep working on what you want.

Don't lose it

Save your energy to find water. Stop crying or you will dehydrate and die.
