It helps to take a break from everything from time to time.



It helps to take a break from everything from time to time. It helps to take a break from your daily routine, from people you know and from all the things that made you feel so overwhelmed. It's not selfish, it's not a waste of time and it's definitely not useless. At some point, it's necessary to walk away from everything just to figure out what you really want and what you're willing to do. I'm not saying that you'll find all the answers that you're looking for and I'm not saying that it'll solve all of your problems but it'll just make you feel better about yourself and that my friend is a priceless feeling.
