There is nothing wrong in falling in love with someone . Islam never prohibited it . Confess it as soon as possible then if you are lucky enough you will get what you were dreaming about from such a long time But don't be possessive you can't expect that person to love you back just because you like them .
That's not how love works . You have to let them free you have to let them live the way they want . Yes it will hurt a whole lot to see them being far away from you but when you feed your brain the idea that they are not your property to earn or win you will have to be okay with the idea of being away with them . They are humans with emotions and if they are happy with someone else then let that be .
Someone rejecting your proposal or confession is a favor to you by not wasting your time . Please don't beat yourself up and overthink that you did something wrong by chosing a person who doesn't like you . We don't get to choose who we fall for it's something our soul choose which we don't have control over . Love them and pray for their happiness that's what true love is . Don't make it a win or lose game it's life live it , accept it and move on when you feel ready . Some people are not for you and it can take years for you to realize that .
If it still doesn't help then just imagine that if you can love a wrong person that much how much you can love the person who is meant for you and belongs to only you 💯
